Monroe Theatre Mission Statement
The Monroe High School theatre department’s goal is to offer opportunities for students to learn about different types of plays, musicals, and styles of writing; examine characters; become exposed to different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds; examine various life experiences in a safe environment; and collaborate to create a piece of performance art which could be challenging and complex.
