Hi, I'm Mrs. Keri Beth!

This is my 20th year teaching and I have spent all of those in the Monroe County School District. I am beginning 14 years here at JHC. I have taught most grade levels from K-5, but this will be my fourth year as librarian.  I absolutely love being the library media specialist!  It is the best job in the world! I cannot wait to spread the excitement of reading and put books into the hands of all JHC students!

I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2006 with a degree in Elementary Education.  I also received my Masters Degree in Library Media from WKU. I also have my  Rank I in Literacy,  grades 2-12, through GRREC Ed.

I have a husband named Kerry, who is an electrical professor at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College.  We have two college-age children, Jade-Madison and Keeton. Jade-Madison is a senior at UofL majoring in the medical field and Keeton graduated from SKYCTC with his Electrical Technology degree in May. He now works in the electrical field in Bowling Green. In my spare time, I love writing, traveling, swimming, and spending time on my family's farm.

I truly love teaching!   If you ever have any questions or concerns, please contact me anytime at school (270) 487-5621 or by email.
