My name is Emily McCreary Thompson I am the science lab teacher at TES.  I have been teaching for 24 years.  I have always lived in Monroe County.  I graduated from MCHS in 1994.  I attended and graduated from Campbellsville University in 1998.  I received both my Masters and Rank I from WKU.   I began teaching in 2000 at TES.  I have taught kindergartern, first grade, second grade and third grade in the past.  There many rewards about teaching, however, the most rewarding part is when a student's eyes and realize "I've got it".  

I am married to Jackie Dale Thompson.  We live on a farm in the Cyclone community.  I have one daughter Holly Ann who is attends MCMS and one step daughter Allison who lives in Bowling Green with her husband. 

My Goal this year is to develop a relationship among the students and  spark their interest for learning about science.

I enjoy walking, watching funny movies, shopping, and cooking.
