STEPS TO ENROLL @ MCHS:
1st: Fill out the enrollment form above
2nd: Call the school and let us know you have finished enrollment so that we can appoint you a time to come in.
3rd: Visit the school and get your Childs schedule, fill out the lunch form, fill out the Chromebook agreement, and pay all dues (electronic dues are $25 per student).
4th: Start School!
