My name is Sarah Noftell. I graduated from Monmouth University in 2002 with a Teacher of the Handicapped and Elementary Education Certification. This is my 24th year teaching special education students in Monroe Township. I started at Mill Lake School where I taught for 9 years. I taught 10 years at Woodland School. This is my 5th year teaching special education at Oak Tree School.
