It is important that the items listed below are completed before the tryout date to ensure that you have the opportunity to try out. You will not be able to try out if these things are not done
The following items MUST BE COMPLETED before tryouts:
Register on Family ID and have an up-to-date Physical
Family ID/Physical Turn-in closes on 11/10.

Note: This list is first populated by the nurse and will change once that office clears you. Coach Stranieri has no control over this. Reach out directly to the nurse if there are any issues.
The list will only be updated once a week beginning on 11/1/2025. Do not contact Coach Stranieri until 11/10/2025 about whether you are "cleared or not".

Tryout Schedule
It is mandatory to complete BOTH days of tryouts. Anyone trying out for a running event that does not complete both days will not be considered for the team.
Winter Track Varsity athletes do not need to try out, but can attend to help coaches where needed.
NO TRYOUTS WILL OCCUR ON 12/2. IT IS A MTHS HALF DAY
Monday 12/1 - 2:30 - 4 p.m. - Stadium Track
Sprinters = 55m and 200m
Mid-Distance = 400m
Distance = 1600m
Throwers = Medicine Ball Toss / Vertical and Horizontal Jumps
Wednesday 12/3 - 2:30 - 4 p.m. - Stadium Track
Sprinters = 400m
Mid-Distance = 800m
Distance = 800m
Throwers = None
Final Roster will be announced via Remind by 9 PM on Wednesday, 12/3.
Practice will begin on Thursday, 12/4 @ 2:30 PM at the Stadium Track for those on the roster.
