About Me

Hi! My name is Ms. Loftus and I am a special education teacher at Oak Tree Elementary School. 

I graduated from Georgian Court University with a Bachelor's Degree in English as well as my degrees in Elementary and Special Education.

I recently graduated Georgian Court University once again with my Master's Degree in Education with a School Counseling Certificate.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy dancing, reading, and going to see Broadway shows! I got married this past December and love to spend time hiking with my husband. Fall is my favorite season and I absolutely love Halloween. I spend my summers working at a Girl Scout Camp as the Program Director. I enjoy planning fun activities and being outside! I especially love playing outside with my puppy Lucy, spending time with my cat Eugene, playing with my cat Maalang, and going on plenty of walks or bike rides.

I am excited for the school year to get started and cannot wait to see what it has in store for us!
