My name is Diandra Maricondi, and I am excited to be your fifth grade teacher this year. This is my eleventh year as a teacher. During my time at Monroe, I have taught grades 4 and 5.
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English from Rutgers University in 2014. I then earned a Masters of Education degree from Rutgers Graduate School of Education in 2015 where I became certified to teach Elementary Education and Special Education. I am also highly qualified in language arts.
I love hanging out with my family, my dog Hazel, summer, going to the beach, sports, and so much more! I am excited to meet and get to know all of you, and make this the best school year yet!
My name is Michele Costa, and I am trilled to be one of your fifth grade teachers this year! I attended Georgian Court University and graduated with honors in the areas of special and general education. For the last twenty plus years, I have educated students at Brookside and Woodland Elementary Schools in Monroe Township, New Jersey. In my years in the district, I have taught grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 along with self-contained, resource center, and in-class support.
The children are my greatest teachers since individualized instruction is critical to success. Using the child's strengths to assist with overall growth help the children with self-concept and the love of learning. I am looking forward to working with your children this school year.
