Hello 4th graders and welcome to Applegarth Elementary School! My name is Mrs. Nieves and I'm so excited to be your teacher this year! This is my 8th year teaching 4th grade Special Education with Mrs. Pignataro. We are looking forward to meeting you on the first day of school and can't wait for new adventures, new friends and new discoveries.

I graduated from Georgian Court University with a bachelors in psychology and K-5 SPED certification.
I live in Manalapan with my husband, Mr. Nieves and my daughter, Olivia who is almost two years old!
