Hi, my name is Mrs. Lisa McHugh and I teach Kindergarten at Barclay Brook School! I am beginning my 11th year at Barclay Brook and my 21st year in education.
I am a graduate of Trenton State College, where I earned a BS in Education and a minor in Psychology. I am dual certified in both Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.
Most of my teaching experience has been in Kindergarten and I can say that this is truly a magical age! In March, 2008, I was chosen Teacher of the Year and that was an incredible honor!
I have lived in Monroe Twp. for 28 years with my husband and our two daughters. My first experience at Barclay Brook was as a parent and it doesn't take long to see what a special place this is!
I am looking forward to a wonderful year ahead!
