PreK Classes are learning about the library and storytime. They are learning how to take care of their library books!
KINDERGARTEN
Kindergarteners are also learning about our library procedures and how to take care of their library books. They have learned that the 2 unfixable booboos are FOOD and WET! They also learned that the only person who should fix their library book is the librarian. They will begin borrowing on their 3rd visit to the library.

1st Grade
1st graders are reviewing our library procedures and proper book care. They are learning about our book hospital and the kinds of "book doctor supplies" librarians use to mend books. 1st graders will begin to borrow books on their 2nd visit to the library.

2nd Grade
2nd graders are turnkey teaching the younger Barclay Brookers about the ALWAYS and the NEVERS of book care. They will be creating informative posters displaying an ALWAYS or a NEVER rule with library book borrowing. 2ns Graders will begin borrowing on their very 1st visit to the library!
