Hi! I am Ms. Chace (she/her/hers).  I am excited to start my 2nd year with MRMS.  Previously, I worked at the Boston Public Schools for 18 years as a School Counselor for Deaf Children.  I am fluent in American Sign Language.  I have a double Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education/Psychology; a Master's Degree in Deaf Education; and a Master's Degree in School Counseling with a Mental Health Emphasis.  

I grew up on Cape and attended Nauset Public Schools.  I have never taken the beauty of the Cape for granted and am so glad to return to my roots.  I live in Dennis with my son and 2 cats.  I love baking, singing, walking on the beach, playing board games, doing art projects, reading and being with family and friends.

Hello, I'm Mrs. Hayden (she/her/hers).  I have been working at MRMS since 2015. Previously I worked in another school district on the Cape for 9 years.  Additionally, I have many years of other human service/counseling work on the Cape.  I have a Masters degree in Education with a specialization in Counseling Psychology and I am certified in Trauma Studies.  

Although not a native Cape Codder, I moved here very young.  After leaving the Cape for college, I realized how much I loved the ocean and moved back to the Cape!   The picture above is my dog Nova who is keeping my husband and I company as we adjust to our "empty nest".  My favorite place to be is the beach.  I enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, photography, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Welcome, I’m Ms. Bay (she/her/hers). I am excited to be your counselor this year! I have been working at MRMS since 2021, and I couldn’t be more excited to be working with you! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in the outpatient setting. I earned a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University.

I grew up on the Cape and attended Chatham public schools before it was regionalized. I am so happy to be back in a place I enjoyed so much. I now live in Sandwich with my Husband and two Goldendoodles: Ollie and Gus. I enjoy going to the beach, reading, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and playing tourist around the Cape.

The best part of my job is working with the students and seeing growth academically, socially, and emotionally.
