The Monmouth Havoc Baseball Club offers young athletes a unique and comprehensive baseball experience. We believe in fostering player development, building camaraderie, and nurturing a love for the game. Our program provides a positive and competitive environment where players can grow both on and off the field. With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, our aim is to help players reach their full potential while enjoying the journey. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive community where players can thrive and create lasting memories.
The Monmouth Havoc Baseball Club is based out of Central Monmouth County, attracting players from the surrounding communities. While our base is in Central Monmouth County, we welcome players from neighboring communities who are interested in being a part of our program. Our aim is to provide an inclusive and diverse environment for young athletes passionate about baseball.
The Monmouth Havoc Baseball Club holds tryouts in the summer and early fall of every year. The baseball seasons are comprised of Fall League, Winter Workouts, Spring League, and Summer Tournaments (as coordinated with parents/plans). During the season, there are generally two practices per week and a game on the weekend. Winter Workouts consist of a weekly indoor training session in January, February, and March to help prepare the team for the upcoming Spring Season.

The Monmouth County Baseball Club understands that young athletes have multiple interests and commitments - the primary of which involves school. While we encourage a dedicated commitment to the team, we strive to work with players who are involved in other sports or activities. Our coaches and staff collaborate to create schedules that allow players to pursue their other interest while still being an active part of our team.
The Monmouth Havoc Baseball Club differentiates itself through its holistic and grass roots approach to player development, emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship, and the positive and competitive environment fostered. Our experienced coaching staff offers an opportunity for your player to be challenged on the field while developing lifelong friendships off the field. Winning is not the only barometer of our program's success - we value the art of winning with pride, losing with a tenacious grace towards improvement, and enjoying the experience these few years afford all of us as families.
Team placement and playing positions are determined through a combination of tryout evaluations, coach assessments, and player development considerations. Our coaching staff carefully evaluates each player's skills, attitude, and potential to ensure appropriate team placement and playing time opportunities. We pride ourselves on evaluating not only the current and present skills, but also long-term skillsets apparent from each individual player. These assessments are conducted with the player's long-term growth in mind, as well as current team goals in mind.
