I am Monique, a wife, a mother, a sister, an aunt, and a best friend. My family and I reside in the Big Apple, New York. I am devoted to working in Education, Project Management, and Consulting. I support individuals, families, or companies to achieve their goals. The love and compassion I share with family, I also continue to exchange in ministry. I am passionate about helping people, whether it is in fitness, wellness, academics, or business development. 

We are humanitarian Christians who build our lives around purposeful living. Through service and gratitude, my husband and I support people's goals. We aim to improve lives through ministry, education, outreach, personal development, and support. 

Our latest projects include MoFit Health Club for wellness workshops, Literacy Rose Growth organization for academic support, and building Phinizy's Boutique and Body Oils to promote self-care.
