### TERMS OF USE (EULA)
By downloading, installing, or using the PhotoFlow AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
1. Premium Subscription & Purchases
PhotoFlow AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features (e.g., PhotoFlow AI Premium Monthly and PhotoFlow AI Premium Yearly).
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
2. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
- All refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability
PhotoFlow AI is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, password loss for the Private Vault, or unauthorized access to your device.
