I commenced my PhD at Monash University in 2024 after a career in executive leadership and consulting, where I saw first-hand the tension between organisational performance goals and the psychological well-being of employees. These experiences shaped my research focus on how leadership, culture, and operational dynamics influence employee resilience, engagement, and retention — not as static outcomes, but as fluid, moment-to-moment experiences.

My research is situated at the intersection of management and behavioural science, using real-time data (including ecological momentary assessment and biometric monitoring) to model how employees experience and adapt to work across the course of the day. I am particularly interested in understanding how job crafting, psychological flexibility, and executive functioning interact with organisational systems to shape well-being, performance, and turnover.
