Introduction

Monash University Malaysia Library hosted an exhibition from 4 to 15 September 2023 titled "Cosmopolitan Arts of the Nusantara: Southeast Asia Exhibition", showcasing the richness and evolution of art within the Malay World, spanning from the 13th to the 20th century. The Nusantara's multifaceted art and culture bear testament to the diverse influences that have left their mark over the centuries.. A virtual archive of the exhibition is currently live and open to the public. Among its contents are exhibition posters, photos and videos of the event.
