HALL FACILITIES

Two wing kitchens are located on each floor. Equipped with multiple stovetops, a microwave, toaster, kettle, TV and dining/studying area.

Accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor and second floor. 

Located on the fifth floor. Equipped with front loading washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards.

The Common Room is located on the second floor. It is equipped with a projector, couches, tables and chairs, and a small kitchenette.

The Games Room is located on the fourth floor. It is equipped with a pool table, table tennis table, TV, and ample seating.

Floor kitchens are used for study and socialising.

Open from 8am to 10pm daily, located on the sixth floor. Equipped with a piano. No Alcohol permitted.

Located on the ground floor, swipe access is required to enter.

Mail boxes are located on the ground floor in the foyer. 

It is recommended that you secure your mailbox with a lock of your choosing, which you must provide. 

Parcels and large items can be collected from the Administration Office or MRS parcel lockers.

The Barbecue (BBQ) area is located on the southern side of the building. It is free to be used by anyone, just be sure to clear up after yourself when you’re done. 

A communal garden managed by Monash Residential Services. Residents are welcome to use this garden to harvest a wide variety of herbs and vegetables. 

A bin store is located on each floor near the elevators, with red bins for general rubbish and yellow bins for recycling. Larger waste stations are located near the roundabout on College Walk. 

There are also composting and specific waste disposal and recycling facilities available.
