We would like to introduce one of Monash's Nutrition and Dietetics Alumni, Ms. Kezlyn Lim, who is originally from Singapore.

We’re living in a world with a wide variety of unique food cultures! Cuisines and eating patterns between countries and ethnicities may be different - this could be a challenge when living or practising as a nutrition professional overseas.
Our fellow international members collected their cultural food stories while back home during the 2023 summer break. Here are some examples of food you can expect in Singapore.
