Venue
The School will take place at Monash University, Clayton Campus, Australia.
The lectures, poster session and meals will be held at the Northern Pavilion, 28 Scenic Boulevard, amongst the vast sports grounds of the campus (see detailed map below).
On Sunday there will be a tour of the Monash Centre for Electron Microscopy (pictured right). The tour is limited to 20 people. Please book your spot at the registration desk on Saturday.
How to get there
By bus
A charter bus (Quince's Coaches) has been arranged for travel between Melbourne City and the School's venue.
Departure: Southern Cross Station Coach Terminal, Bay 56 (see map). Please arrive at 7:50 am for a 8 am sharp departure. This is the only departure time each day.
The coach terminal is accessed via Spencer Street and is a ~15 min walk from the Melbourne Convention Centre.
By car
Parking on Monash campus in red/blue/yellow permit zones is free on Saturday and Sunday. The closest carpark to the venue is C12 (see above map of campus).
On Monday parking must be in a metered zone (pink zone on campus map). More details can be found here.
By public transport
Monash University is not directly accessible by train. All public transport is via buses. More information can be found here.
