The Victorian Research Students' Meeting in Probability and Statistics (VRSMiPS) is an annual event that is organised by students, for students. It is supposed to have a friendly atmosphere in which inter-institution connections can be made and ideas can be discussed freely. It is an ideal environment to present research for the first time. All attendees are encouraged to take the opportunity to submit a talk or poster, although this is not mandatory.
The 1st VRSMiPS was very successful last year and the 2nd meeting is kindly hosted by the School of Mathematical Science, Monash University.
Welcome to visitors and we hope that all participants enjoy the meeting!
