The SAFE Monarch Collective Outcome Evaluation tool is now available! Grab a copy of this evaluation to use during events and post-program evaluations for target audiences. Forms focus on concerns, social norms, self-efficacy, and behavioral intentions. Feel free to adapt to your organization's needs. Be sure to track and collect these data and analyze them using the developed tool.
