Oversee, lead and teach 3-to-5-person crew with varying skill levels

Projects span from framing to finishings

Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications

Needs to be able to communicate with sub-trades and owners effectively

Identify and address safety concerns

Maintain project site, tools and equipment

Must have transportation
