OBJECTIVES
Developing young leaders in ASEAN higher education institutions to embrace DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) as well as sustainability for the prosperity of the region
Strengthening the importance of collaboration, fostering respect through team-building activities and experiences, and creating effective cooperation among participants
Exposing participants to global megatrends that must be considered in decision-making, including innovation, situational analysis, futures thinking, and strategic planning
Providing deeper understanding of the spirit and importance of democracy in leadership, emphasizing the foundations of justice, moderation, courage, and wisdom
Highlighting the vital role of ethics and integrity in leadership by empowering core values such as care, compassion, trust, and good governance.

The program is open to student leaders aged between 20 and 26 years from higher education institutions across ASEAN member countries, including Timor-Leste. Participation is limited to ten (10) representatives from each country. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and will receive an official confirmation letter/email.
