Mohawk Veterans

Mohawk Local SD is dedicating a main street monitor to Veterans who graduated from Mohawk, Sycamore, McCutchenville and Melmore Schools. This is for Veterans that have been general / honorably discharged or are currently serving. You will need a google gmail account to fill out this form so you can upload photos. Your gmail address will be collected in case we have further questions. DO NOT drop off pictures or information at school since it may get lost.

If you have a hard time using Technology have your children or grandchildren assist.
