Absolutely! Battle for Hope is designed to be a fun, uplifting, family-friendly event for the entire community. All ages are welcome.
Children ages 3 and older — or children not sitting on a lap — will require a ticket.
Yes! While this event is Christian-forward and focused on fellowship and community, official church bands are not required. Community bands and independent musicians are welcome to apply.
All song selections will be reviewed in advance to ensure they are family friendly and appropriate for the event atmosphere.
Yes! We will have food trucks on-site throughout the evening, along with our Remix Sips station featuring fun sodas, specialty drinks, and other refreshments.
Bakery and dessert items will also be available for purchase.
There will be several fun ways for guests to vote and support their favorite bands throughout the night. Additional details on audience voting, fundraising competitions, and awards will be announced soon.
Tickets will officially go on sale once band positions have been finalized.

We are planning for a limited number of bands to help keep the evening exciting, organized, and high energy.
Band slots are limited and applications will be reviewed as they are submitted.
Interested bands can complete the online application form through our website home page or by scanning the QR code featured on event flyers and social media posts.
We welcome a variety of styles including worship, contemporary Christian, acoustic, country, rock, youth bands, and community bands.
All performances must remain family friendly and aligned with the overall atmosphere and mission of the event.
At this time, general admission seating is expected to be open seating. VIP ticket options with premium seating may also be available.

Yes! Event shirts, stickers, and other merchandise are planned for the event. Some merchandise may also be available for pre-order before the event.
Absolutely. Churches, businesses, and community groups can still participate through sponsorships, volunteering, bake sale contributions, donations, and other partnership opportunities.
