Abstracts must be written in ENGLISH in no more than 350 words (not including title, authors and affiliations).
Abstracts should contain work that has not been previously published in any other conferences / symposium / journal.
All studies relevant to clinical toxinology are accepted.
All authors should agree with the content of the abstract and should be consented to be included as authors before submission.
The abstract must include the complete first name, family name, affiliated institution and country.
Please do not include titles (Dr / Prof / Dato).
The abstract must be structured as the following:-
Original Research: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Keywords
Case Report: Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, Conclusion, Keywords
Confession: Introduction, Case Description, Discussion, Lesson Learnt, Keywords
A maximum of 4 abstract keywords are allowed. Do not include tables, images, figures and bibliographic references.
The use of standard abbreviations are allowed and must be spelt out in full at the first mention and followed with the abbreviation in parenthesis.
Measurements should be stated in SI units.
Authors must specify any direct or indirect relationship they may have with any organisations. If there were any conflicts of interest, authors must declare them during submission.
Failure to comply to these requirements will exclude the abstract from the Scientific Committee review.
All abstracts will be reviewed via a blind review process by the Scientific Committee of TOXINORT 3.0.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine if a submission is accepted as an oral or poster, and the decision announced is final.
Notification of acceptance will be sent to the submitting author with further instructions via email.
Accepted abstracts are eligible for presentation after receiving full registration fee from the presenting author. The paper will be assumed to have been withdrawn should the registration fee is not received by 1 June 2025.
