2. T Clonazepam 2mg (temporarily kept in place of lorazepam)

INJ ORPHENADRINE
Must ONLY be started by PSYdoctor and case must be discussed with PSY Specialist. (verbal consent is accepted in urgent cases as this is an emergency medication)
Only indicated for Extrapyramidal Side Effects (EPS; E.g. Acute Dystonia) secondary to Antipsychotics)
JKUT/KPK form NOT required.

30mg stat, may be repeated by another 30mg after 4-6 hours. Not more than 60mg in 12 hours.
