Please observe the guidelines below to ensure the smooth proceeding of the conference:

• All accepted abstract for oral presentations are required to submit presentation slides by 10th May 2025 and to be submitted online at 13jscscientific@moh.gov.my

• All participants will use the laptop prepared by the conference for presentation. Using your own laptop for presentation is NOT allowed.

• The use of PowerPoint (PPT) and other presentation tools/formats such as Canva are encouraged.

• Your presentation files will be uploaded earlier to the presenting computers. Please bring your backup files in a USB memory stick.

• Standard digital projectors for data and video projection will be provided in the conference hall.

• Please be at the designated hall, at least 30 minutes prior to the oral session to check your slides.

• The oral presentation should not exceed 7 minutes in duration with additional 3 minutes for question and answers session.

• The presentation should be in English.

• The presentation must cover all important material that was presented in your accepted abstract.

• For e-poster display, a 16:9 widescreen format will be used.

• E-Poster should be in landscape orientation, size in 104.60cm x 58.52cm or 40.97 inch x 23.04 inch.

• The presentation should be in English.

• The presentation must cover important material that is presented in your accepted abstract.

• Place the title at the top of the poster to allow viewers to identify your paper. Indicate the paper’s title and authors’ names.

• Highlight the authors’ names, emails and address information in case viewers are interested in contacting you for more information. Please underline the name of the presenting author.

• Prepare all diagrams and paragraphs neatly and readable.

• Use different colours and textures/symbols for each line or bar contained in your graph or chart.

• Organize the paper, so it is self-explanatory. You have complete freedom in displaying your information in figures, tables, text and photographs.

• Please ensure that the poster is clear and the text is easy to read.

• During juries assessment, kindly be present for a 3 minutes explanation of the poster and 3 minutes of Q&A.
