The Join Together Society (JTS) was founded by Venerable Pomnyun Sunim, a revered Korean Buddhist monk, Dharma teacher, and dedicated social activist. Rooted in the principles of engaged Buddhism, JTS embodies the profound belief that serving others is the most meaningful path to enriching one’s own life. Under Venerable Pomnyun Sunim’s visionary leadership, JTS has expanded its humanitarian efforts across several countries, including Bhutan. In Trongsa District, JTS has partnered with local communities and authorities to implement impactful initiatives focused on enhancing living standards and fostering sustainable development.
