ACTION RESEARCH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE
The five-day professional development (PD) package on action research has been developed by MoESD in collaboration with lecturers from Paro College of Education and experienced teacher action research practitioners from all Dzongkhags/Thromdes. This comprehensive package offers valuable insights on action research. It includes slides covering all four stages of the action research process and is designed to support both novice and experienced educators who are passionate about engaging in action research. By guiding educators in conducting meaningful action research projects within their schools, the package ultimately aims to enhance teaching and learning practices.

VIRTUAL ACTION RESEARCH SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME_2024
The virtual action research support and development programme was conducted by TELD with technical support from Professors (Dr. Dorji Wangchuk and Mr. Kinzang Lhendup) of the Paro College of Education to the Sherig Endowment Fund recipient of 2024. The programme was aimed to provide support and guide the researchers during the process of conducting action research.
NATIONAL ACTION RESEARCH SEMINAR PROCEEDINGS
The National Action Research Seminar is an annual event organized by TELD. Each year, 10 to 15 best reports submitted by recipients of the Sherig Endowment Fund are selected for presentation. The seminar serves as a platform for educators to share knowledge, insights, and experiences related to action research, with the overarching goal of enhancing teaching and learning practices in schools through action research.
