The Central Ohio Speech-Language Pathology and School Psychology Consultants are proud to partner with educators and school districts across Ashland, Coshocton, Crawford, Fairfield, Franklin, Holmes, Knox, Licking, Morrow, Muskingum, Richland, Wyandot, Wayne, Marion, Union, Delaware, and Pickaway counties.
Through this collaboration, we are committed to enhancing the quality, compliance, and comprehensiveness of special education evaluations, providing targeted support to underserved districts and schools, and strengthening recruitment and retention efforts within the fields of speech-language pathology and school psychology.
Together, we strive to ensure every district in Central Ohio has access to the expertise and resources necessary to support student success.
The Central Ohio Speech-Language Pathology and School Psychology Regional Consultants support districts by advancing Ohio’s Four Pillars—Literacy, Accelerating Learning, Workforce Readiness, and Student and Staff Wellness. We focus on rural and underserved areas, address gaps in recruitment and retention, and provide mentorship and guidance to strengthen services for students and educators.
This year, the SLPC-SPC project is focused on the following goals:
Ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality evaluations that align with state standards.
Provide targeted support for rural and underserved districts to address student and staff needs.
Strengthen the fields of speech-language pathology and school psychology through recruitment, retention, and mentorship efforts.
