Part 1: Drawing key lessons

• It really works well to guide key into keyhole due to a funnel shape, much easy for application, and very cheap for users.

Areas of improvement include:

• It may be better to guide key into keyhole more accurately in vertical (top-bottom) direction, by identifying “the key teeths” on which side, since usually a key has its teeths on a side only, instead of a symmetry layout.

Part 2: Exploring Possibilities

• Probably we may learn from nature, such as some insects identifying location by ultrasound.

Areas to explore:

• Any solution to help people with disabilities to identify a location or direction.
