Part 1: Drawing key lessons

• Research of current solutions were done well and students were able to come up with unique solutions during ideation.

• The team has shown their resilience and adaptability after developing failed prototypes.

• Compared to earlier prototypes, the final chosen solution has the advantage of being low tech and possibly easy to produce.

Part 2: Exploring Possibilities

• The team could test their prototype out with the visually impaired persons to evaluate the usability of their product.

• The floating portion of the prototype could be shortened and used in a cup found at home. Is there a way to update the design so users can use the same device for a range of container sizes?
