• The solution is able to address the issue of watering the plants with a set amount while preventing the mosquitos from laying eggs. It is also able to store water from top.

• A stand can be fitted to allow easier installation from pot to pot.

• Other solutions are irrigation system for large scale farming. These are learning points available to apply existing technology to the small scale prototype.

2. What are some related problems or areas that other pupils can explore in future?

• Pupils can explore problem statements related to reduction in wastage in terms of energy, materials or environment.
