Wireless Controlled 3D-Printed Prosthetic Hand
The team chose a noble cause that could help change someone's life!
Students have done well to translate their concept into an impressive final prototype.
The project has potential and looks like it works well enough to be tested in the field!
Some ideas during brainstorming do not link to the problem statement.
It could be interesting to see how training the model would work on someone with missing limbs. They may not have the muscle memory of moving their hand and we could encounter challenges there.
Downsizing the prototype could be another area to explore. Users may have stumps of different sizes and require some level of customization.
