For existing FAS students

Dear Parent,

You would have received confirmation of your child’s registration under the MOE FAS scheme through the FAS Approval Letter issued by your child’s primary school.

For the collection of books and school uniforms, please bring the following to the school on 23 or 28 December from 9am to 3pm.

1. FAS Approval Letter issued by your child’s primary school

2. Your child’s Ezlink Card for verification

3. Secondary 1 booklist (Please print a copy)

Kindly note that the above mentioned items are required before the books and uniforms can be collected.

In the event that you do not have the FAS Approval letter or have misplaced it, kindly approach your child’s primary school for assistance to get a replacement copy.
