Seating Selection Instructions

1. Choose your seat using the dropdown menu in the seating grid.

     Please select carefully before confirming.

2. Sit next to someone you have not sat with before.

     This helps everyone build new working relationships.

3. Choose a seat different from all your previous seats.  

     If you have been in front all this time, consider moving back a few rows.  

     If you have been at the back all this time, consider moving a few rows up.  Thank you.

4. Ensure that all gentlemen are seated next to a lady.

     Check the seats beside you before making your selection.

5. Show self-restraint and self-discipline in your choice of seat.

     This means not sitting next to your best friend.

6. Each name can appear only once in the seating plan. 

     If your name disappears from the list, your name is already on the seating plan.

7. Respect others’ choices by leaving their seats unchanged.

     If a change is needed, PM your classmate for permission first.

This seating plan relies on trust and maturity. Make choices that show respect for yourself and for others.
