Providing opportunities for your child to share and take turns during playtime with other children.
Teaching your child coping mechanisms (e.g. deep breaths, quiet corner, stop-think-do) to enable he/she to manage his/her emotions.

Guide your child to do the following independently:
Keep to a regular bedtime routine
Make healthy food choices
Pack his/her bag
Dress himself/herself
Buying food at the canteen
Help your child commit to doing some of these independently when he/she is ready. Check out Tip 2 - Practise Routines in the PCAB.
You can encourage your child to:
Express his/her thoughts and feelings and discuss what he/she can do about it.
Practice life skills independently (e.g. buy food and drink on their own, ask for permission etc).

Encourage your child to learn English and their Mother Tongue Language, through picture books, games or songs.
Set aside space in your home where your child can read and finish their homework.
