Video-Conferencing Rules for students using Google Meet:

● Do not share the Google Meet link or pin with anyone

● Switch on your camera when you join Google Meet for your teacher to verify that it is really you

● Ensure that you are dressed appropriately and you are not in a personal private space (e.g. bedroom).

● Use your own earpiece or headphone/set (if you do not want others to hear the conversation).

● Please switch off your microphone to eliminate any background noise which may interfere with the session. Switch on the microphone and speak if you are asked to respond by the teacher.

● Ensure you have the necessary materials (stationery, books, notes or worksheets) with you prior to the virtual meeting.

● Do not record the live meeting.

● If you have problems connecting to the meeting on Google Meet, click the “hang up” button, leave the meeting and re-join the meeting using or clicking on the same link.
