Arrival at Jamboree site on 18th Nov 2025
Buses to enter via MINDEF gate at Jalan Bahtera along Lim Chu Kang Road. There will be signages placed up to 50m before the left turning point to alert the bus drivers. Buses should then drive to the MINDEF training shed which serves as the Jamboree registration area.
One Unit Leader from the bus should disembark from the bus to register for all participants on the bus. Scouts can stay on the bus.
The Unit leader will receive lanyards, plastic sleeves, $9 value flash cards, Identity Cards and Jamboree booklets on behalf of the participants before re-boarding the bus. The bus will then be directed to the Jamboree main gate for disembarkation of all passengers. Sub-camp staff will be on hand to usher you into Subcamp West.
If there are issues with participants' Identity Card, it will be resolved at Jamboree site itself. Campers with such issues will be issued with a temporary name tag instead.
Jamboree Goodie Bag
Jamboree participants will be issued with a goodie bag at the Subcamp level. The contents of the goodie bag are as follows:
Jamboree backpack
Dining set with utensils
Water bottle
Jamboree scarf
Bandana
Jamboree badge
Jamboree cap
Unit Leaders have discretion whether Scouts should still bring their personal water bottles or utensils, given that campers are given a set. Leaders should consider that similar-looking personal items may also be easily confused among campers. It would be ideal if Scouts bring markers/stickers to help them mark such similar looking items.
