You may obtain the hardcopy from the School’s General Office from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Attached the following documents for stallholder and stall assistant(s) with the completed application form:
Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)
List of proposed menu and pricing for all items
Photocopy of relevant certificates such as WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 etc
Submit the completed application form and documents via email to wdl_ss@moe.edu.sg or to the School’s General Office by 27 February 2026 (Friday). Late application will not be accepted.

Stall Requirements
Applicant must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Stall assistant(s) who is either a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or LTVP-Plus holder with Letter of Consent to work or Pre-approved Letter of Consent at the Stall.
Must provide food that meets the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in School Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (see Link).
Able to provide good service and quality food with prices determined in consultation with the school.
Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene.
Healthy and fit to operate the stall.
Must be in personal attendance at the stall.
Prior catering experience or experience operating within a school environment is preferred.
Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) must possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 Certificate.
Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Committee at the applicant's own expense.
