1. What is the payment mode to purchase school uniforms and school textbooks?

• School Textbooks, shoes and socks: Cash, PayNow, NTUC/CDAC Vouchers.

• School Uniforms : Cash and PayNow

2. Does my child/ward allow me to try on the uniform? / Are we allowed for an exchange of uniforms?

He/she is allowed to try the uniform at the uniform booth. If an exchange is required, parents must produce the receipt and purchased items are not washed and are still in the original packaging. Please write to us at qtps@moe.edu.sg to inform our School Security Guard of permission to enter the school for an exchange. 

3. Must I purchase the school shoes and school socks with the logo embroidered on the socks?

Queenstowners are encouraged to wear the embroidered school logo socks. For non-embroidered school socks, students are required to wear black socks with black shoes. (without any visible coloured trimmings). 

4. Will there be second-hand textbooks available?

The second-hand textbooks are subject to availability.

5. Can we look around the school after we have purchased the books and uniforms?

We understand your interest in exploring the school grounds. However, you will be required to leave the school premises once you have purchased the textbooks and uniforms. The measures is in place to safeguard our after-school students in NASCANS and allow scheduled year-end maintenance work to proceed smoothly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
