At Qifa Primary School, we believe in nurturing the leadership potential of every student. Our comprehensive Student Leadership Development Programme provides platforms and opportunities for students to take on leadership roles and cultivate essential skills.
We adopt a whole-school progressive, tiered approach, where leadership roles are structured according to each student’s sphere of service and influence. This ensures that all students have meaningful opportunities to grow as leaders at different stages of their journey.

Our Student Leadership Development Programme references the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership model (Kouzes & Posner, 20111) to develop leadership skills in all our students. Each of the five practices are core behaviours that have been identified through extensive research as being indicative of exemplary leadership.
