At Qifa Primary School, discipline is guided by a positive and proactive approach that balances structure with care. We see discipline as part of the learning journey - one that nurtures self-discipline, responsibility, and strong character in our students - based on the school’s ICAR3E values. Discipline goes beyond rule compliance. We aim to encourage positive behaviour in our students through values-based education, social-emotional skill building, and timely guidance. Peers also play an important role in shaping a supportive school environment. When disciplinary actions are needed, they are carried out fairly and firmly, always with the intent to help students reflect on their choices and learn from their experiences. Corrective counselling is also provided to guide them towards making better decisions in the future.
