The Applied Learning Programme (ALP) in Environment Sustainability is Punggol Secondary School’s distinctive niche programme. The ALP allows students to connect knowledge across subject disciplines, stretch their imagination and apply knowledge to real-world problems. 

With a strong emphasis on helping students appreciate the harmonious relationship between Science and Nature needed for sustainable living, students are actively engaged in authentic and hands-on  experiences as well as  application and  integration into scientific discipline. Students undergo a journey of self-discovery through these modules in their PSS journey:

The Learning for Life Programme (LLP) in Community and Youth Leadership is Punggol Secondary School’s distinctive niche programme. The LLP is an enriching, values-based and value-added educational experience to enable students to become future-ready citizens with a heart for people and the community.

With a strong focus on community and youth leadership, students’ voices are imperative in helping students develop ideas, opinions and empowering them to work towards achieving their aspirations steadily. Students undergo the following modules in their PSS journey:
