Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses. Learn if your child is eligible via this link. If your child is eligible, you can apply via Parents Gateway app, click the tab Financial Assistance as shown below. Alternatively, parents can also submit an online application using this link: https://studentfinance.moe.gov.sg

Student Absence via Parent Gateway (PG)
Parents are required to submit their child's absence from school via Parent Gateway (PG) - student absence (please see picture below).
Parents are kindly reminded to ensure that documents submitted (e.g MC, parent letter) must be:
clear and legible.
dates stated correspond accurately to your child’s absence
Note : Parent Letters are submitted only for valid reasons in accordance with school guidelines (maximum of 3 parent letters per term).
Travel Declaration via Parent Gateway (PG)
Parents are required to submit their child’s/ward’s travel declaration via Parents Gateway (PG) – Travel Declaration (please refer to the picture below) before leaving Singapore.
Parents are kindly reminded to ensure that:
The travel declaration is submitted before departure from Singapore.
The travel dates, destination(s) and other required information are accurately indicated.
Any changes to travel plans are updated promptly in Parents Gateway.

The online claims portal is accessible via this link. With effect from 2022, all student accident insurance claims submission are to be submitted electronically. Parents/students are to submit their claims online and check the claims status through the online portal.
