From 2024, all secondary one students will be joining secondary school education on Full Subject-Based Banding (Full SBB). With Full SBB, we are moving towards a secondary school education where students learn each subject at the level that best caters to their overall strengths, interests and learning needs. Under Full SBB, there will no longer be separate Express, N(A), and N(T) streams, and students will be in mixed form classes where they can interact with peers of different strengths and interests.

Student graduating secondary education in year 2025 and 2026 will be taking N and O-Level examinations.

It is worth noting that you should pay close attention to the possible progression for the different subjects, so that you are fully aware of which post-secondary education you will be eligible to pursue, and ultimately what career opportunities you will be embarking on.
