Key submission details to note for NCW 2026:
Submission Limit:
Each school may submit a maximum of one (1) entry for the Individual Category and one (1) entry for the Group Category for each competition level.
If your school receives multiple poster submissions from students, the school should conduct its own internal selection process to determine the final entries to represent the school.
Students should not submit their posters directly to the organisers. All final entries must be submitted only by the teacher-in-charge on behalf of the students by the stipulated deadline. We will contact your school using the teacher-in-charge's email address given in the registration form entry.
Please note: Once the teacher-in-charge has submitted the selected entries, no additional or replacement submissions will be accepted. Therefore, schools are encouraged to carefully review and select their best entries before submission.
Poster Submission Deadline: 14 Sep 2026, 12 pm

Perfect if you like working on your own or already have a strong idea in mind.
This option is great for students who:
Prefer to plan and create independently
Are confident in managing the whole process from start to finish
Want to showcase a personal voice or message
Your entry should show clear thinking, creativity, and originality.
Group Submission (Up to 3 Students)
Great if you enjoy teamwork or want to share the load with others.
This option is great for students who:
Work well in teams or CCAs
Like brainstorming and building on each other’s ideas
Want to combine talents (e.g. design, writing, research)
Team entries often benefit from multiple perspectives and a creative mix of skills.
Q: Will judges be more strict with individuals or groups?
🟢 No — both are judged fairly. The same criteria are used for all entries, but we consider the context (e.g. individual effort vs team collaboration).
