What Students Will Learn

Through our badgework programme, Navalites earn badges by completing activities in four areas:

• Service: Community involvement

• Treasure: Life skills and values

• Adventure: Physical and outdoor activities

• Responsibility: Organisation and management skills

Navalites develop confidence, discipline and resilience while strengthening communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

Supporting Every Student’s Growth

Every girl is supported to grow, regardless of her starting point. Teachers, officers and peers provide guidance as members learn at their own pace and take on new challenges. Seniors support younger members and progressively undertake responsibilities to plan, guide and lead.

Reflecting our school’s culture of Care, Collaboration and Empowerment, Navalites develop responsibility, empathy and teamwork as they grow in competence and character.
